HOODRICH SIGNS STRATEGIC LICENSING AGREEMENT WITH CHINA TING GROUP TO LAUNCH BRAND IN GREATER CHINA
As Hoodrich marks its second decade of growth and innovation, the brand is proud to announce its continued global expansion through a strategic licensing agreement with China Ting Group. This partnership will see Hoodrich introduced to the Greater China region with a comprehensive launch planned for later this year and dedicated mono-brand retail stores expected to open in 2026.
This new chapter builds on Hoodrich’s growing international presence, following successful market entries throughout North America and Europe with JD Sports and in South America through a partnership with The Line Group in Chile. The agreement with China Ting Group signifies another important milestone in Hoodrich’s evolution from a homegrown streetwear label into a global fashion brand with broad cultural influence.
Together, the two companies aim to bring Hoodrich’s distinct identity—rooted in street culture, music, and self-expression—to a new generation of consumers across China.
Founded in 1992, China Ting Group is a vertically integrated, publicly listed conglomerate with expertise in apparel manufacturing, product design, export, and retail operations. As a pioneer in China’s international retail sector, the group opened its first physical store in China in 1998 and has since developed a robust presence in the domestic market.
