Mr. Haugh is a proven executive with more than 30 years of experience leading premier global brands and retail businesses. Prior to joining Iconix, he was President of Sun, Luxury and Retail Services for Luxottica Retail, N.A. In this role he led more than 14,000 Sunglass Hut associates; managed the Luxottica and Macy’s, Inc. license operations business; directed the luxury optical business; and managed real estate, design and construction for Luxottica Retail, N.A. Prior to joining Luxottica in 2011, Mr. Haugh was President of Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. Before joining Build-A-Bear, he served as President of the Mars Retail Group for Mars, Inc.  Mr. Haugh previously held senior marketing, strategy and sales leadership roles with Payless ShoeSource, Inc., Universal Studios, Inc. and General Mills, Inc.

Mr. Haugh is a member of the board of directors of Aeropostale, Inc. and serves on the Board of Trustees for the International Council of Shopping Centers.  He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the International Institute of Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Peter Cuneo is a recognized leader in business turnarounds. Since 1983, he has completed seven turnarounds of distressed branded businesses in the global media and consumer products sectors. From 1999 to 2009, Peter played a lead role in the turnaround of Marvel Entertainment Inc. (NYSE-MVL). As President and CEO, he led Marvel, post bankruptcy, to a prominent position in the entertainment industry. He then served as Vice Chairman of the Board, providing active strategic leadership as Marvel continues to grow into one of the world’s leading entertainment brands. This culminated in its $4.5 billion sale to Disney at the end of 2009. Previously, Peter was President and CEO of Remington Products Company. He joined the company as it was near bankruptcy and, in less than four years, executed a successful turnaround of the business and facilitated its sale to private equity investors. Peter has also served as President of the Security Hardware Group of the Black & Decker Corporation, President of Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceutical Group in Canada and President of the Clairol Personal Care Division. Peter is currently the Managing Principal of Cuneo & Company, LLC, a private investment and management company, in which his sons, Gavin and Colin are partners.

Peter currently sits on the Board of the Foundation for the National Archives in Washington, DC as Co-Head of the Development Committee. Peter served two tours as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy in the Vietnam War. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Glass Science (Ceramic Engineering) from Alfred University, where he has served on the Board of Trustees since 1990. Peter recently completed six years as Chairman of Alfred’s Board and was awarded an honorary doctorate degree in 2013. Forbes Magazine called Peter one of the ten best turnaround CEO’s in America.

David K. Jones

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

David K. Jones has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since joining the Company in June 2015. In his role, he leads all of the financial and technology functions for the Company.
Mr. Jones joined Iconix after twelve years with Penske Automotive Group, an international transportation services company.

David K. Jones has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since joining the Company in June 2015. In his role, he leads all of the financial and technology functions for the Company.

Mr. Jones joined Iconix after twelve years with Penske Automotive Group, an international transportation services company. During his tenure, Mr. Jones served as Penske’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, as well as Chief Financial Officer of European Operations. He led the international accounting and finance functions, and was responsible for strengthening the company’s balance sheet through a series of large transactions. He was involved in all aspects of the business including operations, financial reporting, budgeting, information technology, banking and treasury. Prior to Penske Automotive, Mr. Jones spent 11 years at Andersen LLP.

Mr. Jones received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Seton Hall University in 1991 and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jason Schaefer has served as our Executive Vice President and General Counsel since joining our company in September 2013. Jason Schaefer has served as our Executive Vice President and General Counsel since joining our company in September 2013.

From May 2008 until September 2013, Mr. Schaefer served as General Counsel of Pegasus Capital Advisors, L.P., a private equity fund. From March 2006 to May 2008, he advised on merger and acquisition transactions in both the private and public space at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer and Feld LLP. Prior to that time, Mr. Schaefer was an associate in the corporate group of Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton and Garrison LLP, an international law firm.

Mr. Schaefer received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School in 2001 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University at Buffalo in 1996.

Willy Burkhardt has been with Iconix since February, 2014, first as a consultant helping to reshape our international business portfolio and then as Executive Vice President in charge of all of the company’s international activities. As President, International, Mr. Burkhardt is responsible for our international business and brand management activity across our non-Entertainment platform including management of our seven joint ventures, our major businesses in China and Latin America and both Umbro and Lee Cooper, our two global brands headquartered outside of the United States.

Mr. Burkhardt has more than 25 years of experience in managing across borders, developing new sources of revenue and managing and extending consumer-focused brands. He spent five years with ESPN, where he was responsible for all of ESPN’s business, programming and licensing activities outside the United States and oversaw ESPN’s brand extensions and new business development in the United States. Mr. Burkhardt was previously in charge of international business development for Turner Entertainment, EVP of television and digital media at InterMedia Outdoors, president of Sportsman Channel and president of Blue Man Group. Mr. Burkhardt began his career at McKinsey & Company, Inc., where over a ten-year period he held several positions within the firm both domestically and overseas, focusing on strategy, marketing and new product development engagements.

Mr. Burkhardt earned his MBA, with high distinction Baker Scholar, at Harvard University and his bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with honors and high distinction, at Stanford University.

Carolyn D’Angelo

Executive Vice President, Brand Management and Marketing Services

Carolyn D’Angelo joined Iconix in 2007 to head the new home division of the company. In her current role, she is responsible for all brand management activities for the women’s and home brands. She is also responsible for the management of the marketing services group which includes public relations, creative, social and digital marketing efforts.

Carolyn D’Angelo joined Iconix in 2007 to head the new home division of the company. In her current role, she is responsible for all brand management activities for the women’s and home brands. She is also responsible for the management of the marketing services group which includes public relations, creative, social and digital marketing efforts.

Ms. D’Angelo has been in the brand management, marketing and licensing business for over 20 years, working with such brands as Disney, Ralph Lauren and Waverly. She began her career at JC Penney in the corporate buying office, before moving on to Springs Global and Westpoint Home where she oversaw the growth of the Disney and Ralph Lauren home businesses, as well as managing the corporate marketing activities at Westpoint Home and Waverly.

Ms. D’Angelo is an adjunct professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology since 1998. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration, magna cum laude in marketing, from Pace University in 1986 and a Masters of Business Administration in marketing from Pace University in 1993.

Vincent Nesi joined Iconix in 2015 to take on the responsibility of creating long-term sustainable growth across the men’s fashion & sports brand portfolio.

Mr. Nesi has delivered proven results over his twenty-year career as a senior operating executive in the retail, manufacturing and licensing space.  Mr. Nesi is known for a skill set built through the management of multi-channel, complex global supply chains for some of the fashion industry’s leading consumer brands and retailers.   Prior to joining Iconix, Mr. Nesi served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Karmaloop.com, a leading on-line fashion retailer, and part of the Insight Venture Partners Group. Mr. Nesi began his career at Calvin Klein’s global licensing office in Florence, Italy before moving back to New York to reinvent the Le Tigre Sportswear Company, where he served as President until its subsequent sale to Kenneth Cole Productions.

Mr. Nesi graduated from the Carroll School of Business Management at Boston College in 1996, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Marketing.
